Join Our Team
We're growing our team of instructors in Santa Cruz and Bay Area Counties, and we'd love for you to be part of it. Outerlands was founded by a queer woman and built by and for the LGBTQIA+ and women's outdoor communities, so instructors who share that lived experience or connection to these communities are especially encouraged to apply. Whoever you are, if you're passionate about making life-saving skills accessible to everyone, we want to hear from you.
